Pratik Plus video door entry products are equipped with the two-cable non-polarized connection technology. Thanks to this technology;

  • All signal transfers between the system components are carried out by only 2 cables

  • Minimizes the rate of malfunctions and allows for greater ease of detection in the event of possible malfunctions.

Where can I obtain the products?

How long is the warranty period for the products?

All our products are under Pratik warranty for 2 years.

Do you have technical service in other regions?

In provinces where our dealers and sales points are located, technical service needs are met by the same representatives. In provinces where we do not have dealers and sales points, the relevant company that performs the product installation is contacted, and technical service can be directed from the surrounding provinces if needed.

What should I do when I’m in need of service?

Do you have installation training available for your sales points?

The electrical-electronics companies in Istanbul are given the necessary training for the first installation that they are going to perform. You can contact us for all your training and support requests.

Can environment cameras be connected to the system?

Yes, environment cameras (IP cameras) can be connected to our video door entry systems. You can contact us for detailed information.

How many units do your door entry systems support?

Pratik Plus video door entry systems support up to 256 units in a single block and 6368 units in complex systems.

Can we change our old door entry system with Pratik Plus door entry systems without changing the cables?

Yes, if the existing cables support the system’s operation conditions and there is no breaking-up inside the cables, such a change can be possible.

Can we have a survey performed free of charge?

You can request a free-of-charge survey by filling out the Nearest Authorized Dealer form. Our nearest sales point will contact you.

How can I obtain smart cards or fish keys?

You can obtain them from electrical-electronics stores or keymaker shops. You can find out where our nearest sales point is through the Nearest Authorized Dealer form and request that our representative contact you.

Can I get Pratik Plus outdoor panel to recognize smart cards or fish keys?

Yes, you can use smart cards and fish keys with any of our devices that has the proximity feature.

Can I get Pratik Card card access system to recognize smart cards or fish keys?

Yes, you can use smart cards and fish keys with any of our devices that has the proximity feature.

Are Pratik Plus door entry systems IP systems or Bus systems?

Pratik Plus door entry systems utilize Bus system in a single block while in complex systems, the infrastructure works as an IP system.

Do Indoor Monitors have the photograph saving feature?

Our Pratik Plus 2K-700 model 7” indoor monitors have the photograph saving feature. In other models, photograph saving feature is enabled when 2K-AGM module is added to the system.

How many inches is the size of your indoor monitors?

Pratik Plus indoor monitors come in 4.3” and 7” in terms of dimensions.

Is it possible to make a call to the security or the floor attendant from the units?

Yes, all our video door entry systems have the feature to call the security or floor attendant.

Can we get a quote for our building?

You can request a quote by filling the Get a quote now form. Our nearest sales point will contact you.

Can we procure the door lock from you?

Door locks are not part of our sales items.

Do the card access systems have a feature to record entries and exits?

Pratik Plus 2K-700 model indoor monitors possess the photograph saving feature. When a unit with 2K-700 indoor monitor installed is called from the outdoor panel (regardless of the model), the person ringing the doorbell is photographed automatically and logged with date and time data.

Are your door entry systems resistant to rain?

Pratik Plus Villa outdoor panels are waterproof. However, the apartment outdoor panels do not have waterproofing. 2K-180 outdoor panels have rain shields.

Are there companies in our province from whom we can acquire your products and receive technical service?

You can find out about our nearest sales point by means of the Nearest Authorized Dealer form and request that our representative contact you.

Do you make direct sales from your company?

Because we work in a dealership model, direct sales are not available.

How many memory slots are available in your card access devices?

It’s possible to define 1000 cards or passwords in our card access systems. If requested, special manufacturing can increase device memory up to 4000 slots.

Are your products suitable for multi-block compounds?

Yes, Pratik Plus products provide support for up to 6368 units.

Can we add more than one outdoor panel into a system? (garden door etc.)

Yes, it is possible to add an outdoor panel to a secondary door like the garden door with Pratik Plus systems. A maximum of 4 outdoor panels can be implemented in individual block systems while complex systems can have a maximum of 32 outdoor panels.

What type of cabling would you recommend to use in door entry systems?

We recommend that you use 2x0,75, DT8, CAT6 cables. All cable types need to be completely copper. You can contact us for your questions regarding cable usage.

Can I open a second door without an outdoor panel with the indoor monitor?

Yes, this is possible with Pratik Plus systems. In the event of receiving requests such as “I’d like to have an outdoor panel only on the garden door but not at the building entrance”, the second door’s lock can be controlled via the indoor monitor by using the 2K-RLC module for the building entrance lock.

How many doors that are installed with Pratik products with the proximity feature can I unlock with a single smart card or fish key?

If defined in the system, you can unlock an unlimited number of doors.

Can I become your dealer or sales point?

You can send us a request by filling out the I would like to be an authorized dealer form on our website. Your request will be answered as soon as possible.

Is it possible to use more than a single indoor monitor in a unit?

Yes, Pratik Plus video door entry systems can feature up to 4 indoor monitors.

Is it possible to initiate calls between units?

Yes, all our Pratik Plus indoor monitor models have the feature to make calls between units. If the ability to make calls between units is requested for systems with more than 32 units, 2K-AGM module needs to be added to the system.

Is it possible to have calls between blocks?

Yes, when the 2K-AGM module is utilized, which enables having calls between blocks, 2K-400 and 2K-701 Pratik Plus indoor monitor models can use this feature.

What is the maximum number of outdoor panels that can be used in a block?

There can be a maximum of 4 outdoor panels in a single block.

Is it possible to use your card access system in a building that uses another brand of door entry system?

Yes, Pratik Kart card access systems do not conflict with other brands’ door entry systems and can be used in the same building.

Do other units continue to function if the intermediate floor indoor monitor malfunctions in systems with jumper-connection cabling throughout the building?

Yes, the indoor monitors in other units continue to be operational without any issues.

What’s the amperage of the transformer that you recommend for the card access systems?

Depending on the type of the lock, we recommend either “15V/15W AC” or “12V/2A DC”

Do card access systems come with a transformer or an adapter?

The box does not contain a transformer or an adapter.

Can we use card access systems in elevators?

Yes, Pratik Card card access systems can be used in elevators.

Can a different password or card be defined for each unit in the outdoor panel of your door entry system?

Yes, this feature is available in Pratik Plus “2K-130” and “2K-180” outdoor panel models.

  • 40 different passwords and 320 different cards can be registered in the 2K-130 model outdoor panel.
  • 100 different passwords and 320 different cards can be registered in the 2K-180 model outdoor panel.

How many security module can be used in the system?

Pratik Plus video door entry systems can use 32 security modules.

How many frontyard/garden doors can be installed with an outdoor panel in the system?

32 outdoor panels can be added to Pratik Plus video door entry systems.

How many units does the system support in complex structures?

Pratik Plus video door entry systems supports up to 6368 units in complex structures.

Can I control multiple devices with an administrator card?

Yes, this is possible with Pratik Card card access systems. Under normal circumstances, there can only be 1 administrator card for each device due to security reasons. However, in locations where there are a multitude of card access devices, all of the devices can be assigned a single administrator card to provide ease of use.

Is it possible to extend the relay time in the products?

Yes, Pratik Kart and Pratik Plus products can have their relay time extended.

Is it possible to employ reverse (magnetic) locks with the products?

Yes, This is possible with Pratik Kart and Pratik Plus products.

Is it possible to use Pratik Kart card access systems with various other door unlocking devices?

Yes, Pratik Kart card access devices can be used with intercoms, hand sensors, remote controller receivers etc.

Is it possible to transfer the memory stored in Pratik Card card access systems to a new device?

Yes, memory transfer processes can be performed on Pratik Kart card access devices.

Is it possible to install Pratik Kart card access systems on glass surfaces?

Yes, installation can be performed on glass surfaces. For this installation to be performed with ease, strong double sided tapes are included in the device box.

Are Pratik Kart card access systems suited for different types of entrance?

Yes, Pratik Kart card access devices are compatible with doors with photoelectric sensors, turnstyles, barriers etc.

What is the operational frequency of the card access systems?

Pratik Kart card access systems operate at 125 KHz. Due to the fact that proximity cards, also known as proxy cards, have an effective range of 0-10 cm, they can function without being removed from wallets and bags.
